Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Allison Park, PA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a high-performing service team.

You will oversee inventory, quality control, and customer experience while ensuring cost controls. This role offers strong compensation, solid benefits, and the opportunity to advance within a growing regional tire and auto service network.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Proven experience in data analysis and use to make sound business decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
