Job summary

Flynn's Tire is seeking a Service Manager at our Allison Park, PA location. The role oversees the Service Department, delivers exceptional customer service, and assists the store manager with facility operations.

You will supervise staff, review inspections, create and present service estimates, and ensure parts are secured for repairs. Ideal candidates bring tire product knowledge, mechanical service understanding, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
