Job summary

Flynn's Tire is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily operation, oversee inspections, parts procurement and customer service. The role emphasizes top-tier pay with commissions and incentives to boost earnings, a comprehensive benefits package, and a no-Sunday work policy.

Qualifications

• Must handle high-pressure situations while delivering exemplary customer service.

• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and state inspection guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
