Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with an understanding of elevated service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing hospitality teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A positive, professional, and collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supporting restaurant financial performance, including labor, payroll, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
