This program is designed to develop the necessary knowledge and skills within the discipline of focus to advance within RDO Equipment Co. The training includes learning RDO Equipment Co. processes and procedures across departments such as Parts, Service, Sales, Management, and Field Support. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into roles aligned with their talents, interests, and organizational needs.

Compensation: $28 – $34 / hour

• Eligible for profit sharing based on department profitability and individual performance
• Training, development, and growth opportunities within the organization

Specific Duties Include:

1. Rotating through various dealership departments and Field Support Office to gain comprehensive understanding of daily operations and teamwork importance.
2. Learning relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, inventory management, and company systems and procedures.
3. Coordinating, scheduling, and managing Service Technicians' time while maintaining work order processes.
4. Communicating with customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling.
5. Performing additional duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures.
7. Participating in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
8. Maintaining professional relationships with peers and management, emphasizing teamwork and customer service.
9. Executing other duties as assigned professionally and efficiently.
