Job summary

McQuillan Home Services, a long‑standing residential service company in Minnesota, is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to oversee the service department. You will coach technicians, manage scheduling, and ensure work meets code and customer expectations.

You will monitor profitability, lead safety and compliance, and cooperate with dispatch on parts and recalls. Requires 5+ years plumbing service experience with leadership; Journeyman/Master license preferred.
