Job summary

ProForce Pest Control is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-line service professionals and assist with managerial duties. The role blends hands-on service with leadership, including coaching, training, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

The position is onsite in the Atlanta area and offers room for growth during peak seasons. The ideal candidate has pest control experience, strong coaching and mentoring abilities, and a commitment to safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control, residential services, and ability to develop and support frontline colleagues.
• Solid understanding of pest control methods, products, and regulatory compliance; coach on technical aspects.
• Excellent client Rapport and service delivery skills.
• Experience onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Ability to obtain/maintain state licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient route completion.
• Assist Branch Manager in coaching Service Pros to improve route efficiency.
• Achieve high service completion rate and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to improve client experience and reduce complaints.
• Generate positive customer feedback and online reviews.
• Support training sessions and team meetings.
