Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-notch pest control service. You will blend technical knowledge with strong people skills to earn customer trust and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety and integrity.

You will train and develop Orkin Pros, recruit talent, and drive operational excellence through efficient scheduling, routing, and service delivery. This is a growth-oriented career with company support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service operations with paid training completion.
• Motivate the service team to deliver top-notch service with safety as a priority.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to build trust.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee the Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and recommended actions.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services, and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiency.
