Job summary

IRT Living in McDonough, GA, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a team of technicians across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. You will ensure high-quality service, timely repairs, and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced, stable community.

Lead, train, and delegate work orders, coordinate with managers, and manage budgets while upholding safety and service standards. Must have EPA Type I/II, valid license, and 2+ years in property maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications are required; CPO certification is preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs., and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to attend a company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Community and Regional Managers on maintenance strategies and initiatives
• Lead, train, and support the service team to ensure top performance
• Prioritize and delegate work orders for timely, efficient completion
• Set the standard by assisting with troubleshooting and service requests
• Ensure budget compliance while delivering exceptional service and resident satisfaction
