Job summary

IRT Living in North Carolina is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance and timely repairs across trades. You will collaborate with Community and Regional Managers to implement maintenance strategies and efficiencies, while building strong resident relationships.

You will lead training, assign work orders, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure budget compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more.
• Lead, train and support service team for top performance.
• Prioritize and delegate work orders for timely completion.
