Job summary

McDonald Mazda North in Longmont, Colorado seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operation. You will build strong vendor relationships, oversee daily service activities, and drive customer satisfaction in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 2-3 years experience as service manager.
• Prior experience can be dealer or independent.
• Excellent customer service skills and a forward-thinking, technology driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective relationships with equipment and supplies vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of both
• Resolve customers’ billing and/or service concerns to appropriate department to resolve and follow through to completion
• Supervising all service staff
• Employee scheduling
• Responsible for new hire training and employee development
• Oversee service drive process and efficiency
• Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles
• Responsible for staff hitting dealership & manufacturer set goals
