Job summary

#1 Cochran Subaru Monroeville is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Monroeville service department. You will oversee daily operations, coach technicians, and ensure outstanding customer care in a fast-paced automotive setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dealership service management, a proven leadership record, and a commitment to teamwork and CSI. We offer health insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and a competitive pay plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Manager in a dealership.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to foster a strong team atmosphere.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in servicing, advising on service options and explaining needs.
• Keep customers informed and updated during service of their vehicle.
• Hire, supervise and develop all service department personnel.
• Set goals and objectives for the department and monitor performance.
• Maintain a CSI rating by addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Stay current with new products, features and training.
