Job summary

Capitol Nissan is seeking a Service Manager to lead a busy, profitable service department. The role focuses on staffing, customer retention, cost controls, and maintaining service records, with emphasis on maximizing technicians’ time utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an automotive service manager.
• Manufacturer experience required; Nissan experience a plus.
• Experience with Tekion DMS preferred.
• Experience in financial forecasting and reading financial statements.
• Proven ability to motivate and support a service team.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Run an efficient and profitable service department through staffing, cost controls and meeting objectives.
• Maintain service records and ensure technicians’ time is sold to service customers.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve superior customer satisfaction and performance.
