Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5–7 years of management experience in a mechanical/service environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, five to seven years of management experience, mechanical aptitude and service experience, and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• The Service Manager will communicate with associates, customers and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills.
• The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activity with Equipment Sales, Rent, and Parts Department
• Maintain and keep current the service library manuals and bulletins
• Assist sales people in satisfying customers' needs
• Maintain credibility and confidence of customers
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
