Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of our auto service centers by delivering outstanding service and managing the service department, scheduling staff, and organizing workflow to ensure quality work on time for guests.

You will drive sales through guest interactions, build relationships, contribute to training and development, and ensure clear communication of warranties and promotions while adhering to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and must be at least 18 years of age.

• Preferred: automotive service sales experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No relocation is being offered for this position
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• Previous automotive service sales experience
• Previous automotive service experience
