Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company operates numerous auto service centers across the United States. As a Service Manager, you will oversee the service department, schedule staff, manage appointments, and streamline workflow to ensure high-quality work delivered to guests on time.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive service sales experience
• Previous automotive service experience
