Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks high-potential candidates for its six-month Branch Manager Training Program (BMTP). You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, and production, with the goal of becoming a Branch Manager at one of our 80+ locations.

The program includes travel during training and relocation for placement. Groundworks values growth, leadership, and lasting impact, investing in your future from day one.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of leadership experience in related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical products, processes, and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training modules and develop core leadership competencies.
• Support Service Managers in daily service department operations.
• Coach and develop Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
• Monitor productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Learn budgeting, profitability, labor management, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement best practices.
