Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess service department needs and opportunities for growth.
• Set short- and long-term operating objectives for the Service Department.
• Ensure policies are understood and applied within the department.
• Develop budgets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Coordinate with warranty and other departments; promote safety.
• Travel with sales teams to customer locations and promote services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
