Job summary

PricePro Ford in Whitehouse, OH seeks a Service Manager to lead profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in the Service department. You will ensure high-quality mechanical and cosmetic standards and oversee used-vehicle reconditioning under the General Manager.

You will drive growth in Customer Pay and Fleet work, supervise technicians and detailers, optimize shop throughput, implement safety practices, and represent the store in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years managing a multi-faceted automotive shop operation (service, reconditioning, or body repair).
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, repair processes, and estimating.
• Proven leadership in a high-volume environment with complex logistics.
• Experience with Dealer Management System (DMS) and service software to manage repairs and costs.
• ASE certification or similar accreditation is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of the Service Department.
• Lead launch and scale of new customer-facing services (e.g., mobile units, pick up/drop off).
• Develop fleet and local business relationships to position the store as preferred provider.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and quality across shop areas and detailing.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety/maintenance standards.
• Directly supervise service and shop personnel and track performance.
