Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager in Jacksonville to directly lead our customer-facing Service team and drive service excellence. You will hire, manage performance, and provide leadership to foster a safe and high-performing environment at customer sites.

The role requires driving customer satisfaction, coaching the team on sales techniques, and ensuring attainment of sales, profit, inventory, and payroll targets while overseeing budgets and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer-facing Service team; responsibilities include hiring and performance management and leadership to foster a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues and train the team on effective sales techniques.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals while managing a budget and operational issues.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
