Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Savannah, GA is seeking a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff, drive service performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure high standards of safety and satisfaction on site.

The role involves supervising field staff, maintaining budgets, achieving sales, payroll, and inventory goals, and providing hands-on support at customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer-facing Service team including hiring and performance management.
• Foster a safe work environment and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team on effective service techniques.
• Manage budgets and oversee sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; provide hands-on support when needed.

Cintasis seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilitiesinclude hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventoryand payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

Skills/Qualifications

Required
