Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager with supervisory experience to lead field operations in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will work with planners to schedule work, maintain job costs, manage procurement and accounting functions, and determine the financial impacts of field operations while overseeing safety, human resources, and recruiting duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial experience, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and accounting for field ops.
• Assess financial impact of field operations and report to Branch Manager.
• Manage safety, HR, and recruiting duties for the branch.
• Assist field operations with troubleshooting, tooling, and parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
