The position requires a willingness to work onsite and offers a competitive salary of $115,000 - $140,000 along with performance bonuses and benefits, including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of service management experience within an industrial or technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting complex electromechanical or industrial capital equipment.
• Proven experience leading remote field service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of installations and maintenance.
