Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Service Manager to lead a field service team, coordinating installations and repairs to ensure peak equipment performance. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC issues both remotely and on-site, guiding the team and maintaining safety compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a technical degree and 5+ years of hands-on industrial experience, with proven leadership and strong client communication skills. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years troubleshooting industrial technical systems or heavy machinery.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory, team-lead, or service-management role.
  • Deep understanding of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, proportional valves, and PLC controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading complex hydraulic circuitry diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for installations or troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate machine installations, warranty repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Quote repair projects, order replacement components, and manage inventory for service tools and spare parts.
  • Enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards, for all activities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and leadership-driven Service Manager to oversee our service department, coordinate equipment installations, and lead our field technicians.
