Job summary

You will manage technician scheduling, work orders, maintenance, inventory, and service performance while fostering a safe, service-focused culture and proactive client support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians.
• Assign daily workloads including preventative maintenance and service tickets.
• Ensure service calls are completed efficiently using Salesforce and dispatch coordination.
• Drive improvements in key service metrics like response times and repeat calls.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and coordination with sales for client support.
