Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Manager in Florida to lead a team of service technicians responsible for coffee, water filtration, micro markets, and vending equipment. You will manage scheduling, workflow, inventory, and service performance to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will drive field operations, coordinate with Sales for installations, and ensure safety and quality in a fast‑growing market. A strong leadership mindset and experience with equipment service is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service, maintenance, or related operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading frontline or technical teams.
• Strong organizational and professional communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, and installing equipment; familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians; maintain personnel and business records.
• Assign and oversee daily technician workloads including preventive maintenance, water filter/UV cycles, service tickets, equipment prep, and deployment.
• Ensure accurate completion of service calls through Salesforce; coordinate with dispatch for timely workflow.
• Drive improvement in service performance metrics such as repeat calls and response times.
• Coordinate with sales on equipment demos, installations, and service support for clients.
