Description

The TGaS Enterprise Practice focuses on learning and development, data management, and medical and commercial information technology. Our Benchmark Solution helps pharmaceutical companies navigate a challenging and ever-changing environment by providing a comprehensive, patented method for optimizing support functions. This includes benchmarking resources, defining department standards, identifying process standards, and providing gap analyses with prioritized recommendations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Client Benchmark Engagements and Projects (40%)
  • Assist Management Advisors with data input, quality checks, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support implementation of solutions and enhancements based on client needs.
  • Capture insights from advisory services for continuous improvement.
  • Advisory Services Lead (40%)
  • Collaborate with Management Advisors to maximize client value.
  • Contribute to content development for client summits and support advisory activities.
  • Selling Support (20%)
  • Assist with proposal formatting, content, and library management.
  • Develop standard templates and tools for deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, learning and development, data management, or IT within pharma/biotech.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, integrity, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.

Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000, plus annual discretionary bonus.
