How You’ll Make An Impact

We seek a Client Services Manager skilled in client service, focusing on developing client relations to grow project portfolios in the southeast. The role involves leading multiple project teams concurrently and executing business development strategies in the southeast.

This is a part-time, fully remote position within Florida.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Foster client connections through existing relationships and proactive business development
• Promote teamwork, engagement, quality service, and client satisfaction
• Enhance Dudek’s reputation with creativity and professionalism
• Provide QA/QC of work products and mentor on technical report improvements
• Achieve business targets by pursuing new clients, maintaining existing ones, and diversifying services
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and strategy sessions
• Engage in team development by recruiting talent to meet client needs and expand services

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in environmental consulting or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, planning, or equivalent experience
• Experience in business development and client management within environmental/engineering services
• Registered PE in Florida
• Valid driver’s license and active automobile insurance by start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in federal/state regulations (NEPA, ESA, CWA, land use planning)
• Strong technical writing, research, and communication skills
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with leadership interest in client development strategies
• Understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and profitability

Compensation: TBD

Final compensation will depend on experience, education, certifications, skills, and location. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug and background checks.

Working Conditions

Environment: Remote or office-based, using standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements: Long periods of sitting/standing, working on a computer, attending meetings, and specific vision abilities.
