Job Description: Client Services Manager (HubSpot Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and versatile Client Services Manager with a HubSpot focus to oversee client account and project management. This remote role involves managing client engagement from onboarding through optimization, working closely with a team of managers, developers, designers, and marketers to ensure effective campaigns and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead initiatives to optimize HubSpot use, drive growth, and support sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Client Communication & Advocacy: Build strong relationships through regular updates, advocate for clients’ HubSpot needs, and ensure high service levels.
  3. Project Coordination & Management: Manage timelines and goals using tools like Teamwork, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are managed. Utilize CRM and automation tools including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  4. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize efforts.
  5. Team & Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align efforts and deliver results.
  6. Client Presentations & Reporting: Lead presentations, develop timelines and budgets, and prepare reports and recaps.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years managing 5-7 client accounts in an agency setting, with a focus on HubSpot; 2-3 years experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong ownership mentality, proactive, reliable, and client-focused.
  • At least 4 years of HubSpot experience, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce experience, especially with Sales Cloud.
  • Technical savvy with advertising platforms and CRM/Marketing Automation tools; experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
  • Creative problem solver, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strategic thinker with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
