Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor electrical service technicians to meet goals and growth.

• Ensure NEC, OSHA, and local compliance; support safety initiatives.
• Review estimates and invoices for accuracy and professionalism.
• Track KPIs like revenue, ticket size, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and tools to minimize costs; coordinate with procurement.
