Dispatcher/Service Manager

Position Summary:

Are you ready to be an integral part of our team? We're seeking a Dispatcher / Service Manager to be the backbone of our branch, focusing on dispatching and managing the day-to-day operations of our growing technician team.

Open Office and a team-oriented environment: Hours are M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Starting pay: $27 - $30 based on experience.

Essential Functions:

• Logistics Pro: Manage service operations, ensure efficiency and quality, oversee dispatching and scheduling of service personnel, and monitor response times to customer requests.
• Task Maestro: Create work orders, disseminate parts to technicians, and communicate with customers.
• Office Maven: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and integration with third-party/manufacturer service portals is required.
• Customer Champion: Communicate effectively with customers, resolve service inquiries, and collaborate internally to enhance service delivery.
• Safety Advocate: Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Adaptable Dynamo: Embrace growth opportunities and be open to new tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Team Player: This is a non-supervisory role reporting to the Branch Manager.
• Decision Influencer: Your actions impact people, finances, and our organization's reputation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience Insight: Preferably two years of education and/or experience in a related field, such as dispatching or operations, especially in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
• Exceptional Communicator: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Clean Slate: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must be 18 years or older.
• Self-Motivated and Organized: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in operating computers and office equipment.

Physical Demands:

• Occasional Lifting: Light lifting of office equipment, supplies, and boxes.
