Responsibilities

• Oversee routes and bus scheduling
• Counsel and coach drivers and monitors
• Manage phone and radio communications
• Address scheduling and driver complaints, report to supervisors
• Serve as communication liaison with major contracted customers
• Possibly handle charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll
• Resolve drop-off and pick-up issues
• Perform back-up driver duties and miscellaneous clerical tasks
• Complete special projects and assist with daily operations supervision

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of radio dispatch equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Experience in terminal operations, dispatch, or driving
• Computer literacy
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, adhering to 49 CFR Part 40 regulations
