As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service department, including customer satisfaction, employee development, operational efficiency, and profitability. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service experiences Monitor and improve department performance metrics, including CSI, sales, gross profit, and productivity Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Partner with Parts, Sales, and Fixed Operations teams to achieve dealership goals Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies Manage workflow, scheduling, and department efficiency to maximize productivity Develop and execute strategies that increase revenue and profitability
The Service Manager position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements: Annual compensation, which varies based on experience between $120,000 to $150,000 Bonus compensation may be earned based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job-related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Commission compensation is not guaranteed. Service Manager Qualifications Previous Service Manager experience in an automotive dealership preferred Strong understanding of dealership service operations and fixed operations management Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams , experience in Reynolds preferred Experience managing budgets, profitability, and departmental performance metrics Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with dealership management systems and service software Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
