Job summary

Columbia Credit Union is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Member Service Associates and drive exceptional member experiences. This role focuses on coaching staff, improving branch operations, and delivering financial solutions to members.

You will oversee daily branch activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to branch growth through relationship building and referrals. The position requires strong communication and leadership abilities in a community-focused financial

Qualifications

• 3+ years in banking, credit union, or financial services.
• Experience opening accounts and supporting consumer lending activities.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, member service, and branch operations.
• Understanding of unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards and Home Equity loan products.

What You'll Do

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience
• Experience opening accounts and supporting consumer lending activities
• Strong knowledge of financial products, member service, and branch operations
• A thorough understanding of unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards and Home Equity loan products.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• NMLS license or ability to obtain upon hire

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
