Tire Discounters is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Service and Tire Technicians and deliver high-quality service to customers at your store. You will drive daily shop operations, coach staff, manage performance, and assist the General Manager with hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service/repair; certifications preferred.
• Management experience with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with occasional outdoor conditions.

Your Role As a Service Manager

Career Path

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
