Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire retailer, is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Service and Tire Technicians at our Roanoke store. You will oversee service bay workflow, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive safety and quality standards in a fast-paced shop.

Must have management experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Saturdays required; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are necessary.

Position Overview
As a Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
