Tire Discounters in Dalton, Georgia is seeking a Service Manager with automotive experience to lead our service team. You will supervise service and tire technicians, drive high-quality service, and ensure customer satisfaction at the store location.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating shop operations, liaising with customers, and enforcing safety and quality standards. Competitive pay, weekly incentives, and a monthly bonus program accompany the role.

Your Role as a Service Manager:

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
