Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive or dealership service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or service teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization and accountability.
• Strong computer literacy and systems experience, including DMS usage.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the service department, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage, coach, and develop Service Technicians and service staff.
• Ensure timely, high-quality vehicle service, repairs, and installations.
• Drive service revenue and profitability through KPIs and efficiency.
• Improve technician productivity and utilization.
• Monitor turnaround time and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee service records, work orders, billing, and documentation.
• Coordinate inventory and parts; manage scheduling and workflow.
