Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department. You will schedule staff, manage appointments, and coordinate workflows to ensure timely, high-quality work for guests.

You will drive tire and service sales while building strong guest relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication between technicians and guests. Training and safety are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling associates, appointments and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and act as liaison between technicians and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to training and development of service department staff.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Use tools provided to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels and standing for extended periods.
