Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service Allison Park, PA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, driving sales and delivering top‑tier service. You will oversee a high‑perform team, implement plans to hit profitability targets, hire and coach staff, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This role requires knowledge of tire products, strong leadership, and data‑driven decision making. A valid driver’s license and management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Strong team leadership expertise to direct and motivate sales.
• Proven experience in data analysis to inform business decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding production, quality and service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Management experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work (rotation, balancing, installation).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
