Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) in Vancouver, WA to oversee daily maintenance operations and supervisor a team to keep properties up to standards.

You will coordinate repairs, perform inspections, and handle vendor relations while ensuring safety and compliance. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Respond to after hours on-call emergencies on a rotation basis.

What You’ll Do

The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

Your Day-to-day May Include

The expected compensation range for this position is $33.00 – $35.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
