Position Summary

The Service Manager leads all service department operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role oversees technicians and advisors, manages workflow, and drives key performance metrics such as labor sales, productivity, and CSI. The position balances operational execution with customer experience and financial performance.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

• Execute core responsibilities aligned to dealership performance and operational standards
• Drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability within the role
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
• Identify issues proactively and implement solutions
• Maintain compliance with OEM, legal, and internal standards
