Job summary

This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and compliance with industry standards.

The position offers weekly pay, paid holidays and vacation, a 401(k) with company match, and multiple incentive plans in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills in a service environment.
• Strong understanding of service department metrics, compliance, and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities
