Job summary

Carolina International Trucks is seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead our Charleston service department. This role drives operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and strategic planning.

You will oversee budgets, scheduling, and compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer documentation, while building strong customer relationships and promoting a safe, organized work environment. Growth and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills in a service environment.
• Strong understanding of service department metrics, compliance, and customer service best practices.
