Carolina International Trucks, Inc. in Charleston is seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead the Charleston service department and elevate efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through strong team leadership and process discipline.

You will drive budgeting, staff development, scheduling, and compliance with industry standards, while building partnerships with local vocational schools and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills in a service environment.
• Strong understanding of service department metrics, compliance, and customer service best practices.
