• General Manager experience: 5 years required.
• Automotive general management experience: 3 years required.
• Proven success managing dealership operations, personnel structure, and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of factory programs, inventory controls, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams.
• Solid knowledge of dealership accounting principles and operational reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment testing, including background checks and MVR.

Vaden Automotive is expanding and seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Domestic Division in an operational leadership capacity. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven domestic brand experience who can effectively balance people, process, and performance. Domestic brand experience is required. Performance in this role is measured across personnel structure, factory objectives, marketing strategies, inventory levels, and legal and accounting compliance.
