S&H Farm Supply, Inc. in Rogersville, MO seeks a Service Manager to oversee the service department for a local farm equipment, powersports, and lawn/garden dealership. You will lead technicians, drive productivity, and ensure top‑notch customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, managing parts inventory, and reporting to management. Some Saturdays may be required; pre-employment drug screen, MVR, and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license.
