Job summary

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a rockstar Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage FOH staff. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety and cleanliness, and lead training to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service.

The role emphasizes scheduling, hiring, and people development, with strong emphasis on liquor management and regulatory compliance, in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Front of House operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assist with development of key employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignment.
• Create a fun, safe environment by following core values and goals, with contests and incentives.
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and make sure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. If you have a passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience.

As a Service Manager your responsibilities would include:

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
• Providing or directing all Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees.
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
