Job summary

Spectrum Search Group is assisting a growing, private-equity-backed home services company in finding two hands-on Service Managers with direct branch or service management experience in lawn care, pest control, and seasonal outdoor decorating.

In this role you will lead technicians, own routing and daily branch execution, drive safety and quality, manage customer service and branch profitability, and help build a scalable operation across multiple states. Base salary up to $80K plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Direct leadership experience in lawn care, pest control, and outdoor decorating or holiday lighting operations.
• Track record of hiring, training, coaching, and supervising field technicians.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, seasonal staffing, labor productivity, and equipment management.
• Hands-on ownership of safety, quality, customer issue resolution, and daily production.
• Comfort using systems and KPIs to manage operations.
• Ability to obtain an Applicator’s license within 30 days of hire.
