Job summary

Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating in Middlesex County, NJ, is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our Service and Sales Department, developing technicians, building customer relationships, and driving growth.

You will coach field technicians, manage daily operations, and identify opportunities for equipment replacement and maintenance agreements. This hands-on leadership role requires strong HVAC knowledge, sales aptitude, and a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• Previous HVAC management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
